The EZ Reduction Surgery of UVOM Plastic Surgery 

This method is an upgraded version of Z Zygoma reduction surgery, which incises scalp about 2 to 3cm through endoscopy, finds E Zone( Area which connects frontal cheek to side cheekbone). It gives more volume on front cheekbone but reduces side as well with fast recovery. 

EZ Zygoma Reduction that UVOM’s medical team developed increases safety and convenience with reducing surgery cost. However, this surgery method requires long surgical experience and know how since E Zone should be exactly found during the operation. 

Surgery method 

1. Decide resection line in front, incise side burns about 2 to 3 cm, and then exfoliate. 

2. A means incomplete resection, B means complete resection. 

3. Push the complete resection part inward. 

4. B is pushed inward and fixed by A.
