To make an almond shaped eyes, you can do epicanthoplasty, which is removing 0.1 inch amount of skin on your inner corner that is called epicanthic fold or mongolian fold. By doing this it will reduce the gap amount between your eyes, turning dull impression into more alert impression.


Type 5. Sagging under eyes

You can treat this my removing fat through the incision in the conjunctiva. If you have dark circles under eye, you can also receive vitamin C treatment for it.



Q&A. Can I be operated on only one eye because I have double eyelid on one side and not to the other.
It is better to correct asymmetry if you have double eyelid on only one side. In most of cases, operation is done on both sides even if you already have double eyelid on one side, to correct the symmetry.
